Shipping policy

Handling Time 

We promise to ship your parcel within 48 hours during business days. Delivery within Australia will normally take 2–8 business days*, depending on the distance between your address and our warehouse in Melbourne. Most parcels are delivered via ARAMEX or PFL through eParcel services, with complimentary tracking and signature on delivery. Tracking information may be sent to you by email or SMS from our couriers.

Shipping Rate

Melbourne Area (Metro & Rural)

  • Free Shipping: Order value over $75

  • Standard Shipping: Order value under $75 → $10

  • Express Shipping: $15

 

Syd NSW Areas (Metro & Rural)

  • Free Shipping: Order value over $119

  • Standard Shipping: Order value under $119 → $10

  • Express Shipping: $15

 

Other Areas (excluding WA and TAS)

  • Free Shipping: Order value over $149

  • Standard Shipping: Order value under $149 → $25

  • Express Shipping: $35

 

Notes:

 

  • For WA (Western Australia) and TAS (Tasmania) orders, please contact us via email to confirm shipping rates and arrangements before placing your order.

  • For certain remote areas (outside the normal delivery range), an additional shipping surcharge will apply, usually starting from $20–$40 AUD. If the customer does not agree to pay the surcharge, we reserve the right to cancel the shipment.
